6th gym- Water

I am Nivekhu, Gym Leader. I battle people....
Requirements:
Must have a proper post on this topic
Posting Procedure:

Your PO Server name
Restrictions:
No 1 Hit KO moves
Nothing that raises evasion or lowers accuracy
No Swift Swim (I'm not allowed to have it either)
No Ubers
Only 1 Battle per day
Clauses that will be in effect:
-Sleep Clause (More than 1 Pokemon Cannot Be Asleep)
-Freeze Clause (More than 1 Pokemon Cannot Be Frozen)
-Species Clause (Can't Have 2 of Same Pokemon on Same Team)
-Item Clause (Cant Have More than 1 of Same Item On Team)
If you win you shall receive the Tidal Badge
