Superpower- even after the drops it has 290 atk so it still packs a punch

Aqua jet- with all the power boosts and then stab and boost in rain its a great attack to have
Bulldoze- makes my opponents slower and helps damage electric types leaving aqua jet to finish the job

i gave u the tentacruel idea

I think Rest + Hydration would be a good combo.
Hydration will heal any status problem in the rain, while Rest still gives you 100% health.

i use vaporeon as both and a staller with a toxic + rest + hydration its good. i focus on both def and sp def
